About the Role

Marshall is seeking an experienced Trainer to join our team at Cambridge Airport. As a key member of our MRO Training team, you will be responsible for maintaining 'Type' currency on our C-130 fleets, including C-130J and C-130H, and delivering approved B1 Type Training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver C-130 approved and unapproved B1 Type Training, ensuring innovative, engaging, and stimulating learning experiences for our students.
  • Support the training manager in meeting UKCAA and NLD-MAA requirements for C-130 Type Approvals.
  • Ensure all personnel under your supervision conduct tasks safely and correctly.
  • Conduct other duties as directed by the Technical Training Manager or Head of Operations - Integrated Support MROSS.
About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in aviation maintenance and training. Essential requirements include:

  • Experience working in both Line and Base maintenance environments.
  • Previous experience holding company approvals on commercial aircraft or military equivalent.
  • A Full UK Driving License.

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Previous experience working within a C-130 environment.
  • Experience or qualification in Training Delivery.
  • Knowledge of Systems Approach to Training (SAT).
  • Previous experience of Instructional Design.
  • Previous experience of Lesson/Course delivery.
  • Experience of Microsoft Office Tools.
