  • Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Group Healthcare Trainer to join our Learning and Development team at Healthcare Homes Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering inductions and face-to-face training to our new and existing colleagues across East Anglia and the South of England.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver virtual inductions and face-to-face training to our new and existing care team
    • Travel to various locations across Cambridge, Bedford, and Watford
    • Use good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
  • Requirements:
    • Background and experience delivering hands-on care
    • Previous experience as a trainer is not essential, but support and training will be provided
    • Access to your own transport is essential, and ideally you will live in or within close proximity to the area
