Healthcare Trainer Position

Healthcare Homes Group is seeking a skilled Group Healthcare Trainer to join our Learning and Development team. As a Group Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering inductions and face-to-face training to our new and existing colleagues across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver virtual inductions and face-to-face training to new and existing care team members
- Work closely with the training team to develop and implement training programs
- Provide support and training to new trainers
- Travel to various locations across Cambridge, Bedford, and Watford to deliver training
- Occasional overnight stays may be required, with advanced notice provided
- Previous experience as a trainer is not essential, but a background and experience delivering hands-on care is essential
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
- Access to your own transport is essential, and ideally you will live in or within close proximity to the area
