About the Role

As an EPOS Operations Trainer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering training sessions on our company software. You will work closely with our team to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive e-learning modules that complement in-person and remote training sessions. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless learning experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and deliver training sessions on company software.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive e-learning modules to complement in-person and remote training sessions.
  • Utilize digital tools and platforms to enhance learning experiences and accessibility for users.
  • Continuously assess and improve e-learning content based on user feedback and technological advancements.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users through various training mediums.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience/understanding of the hospitality industry, preferably with a supervisory role.
  • A general understanding of point-of-sale and booking systems.
  • A full UK driving license with the ability to travel to sites around the UK.
  • Approachable and able to build rapport with contacts at all levels of customer organisations.
  • Confident in talking to small groups of people or on a one-to-one basis.
  • Good basic understanding of MS Office, Internet, and email.
