EPOS Operations Trainer | Cambridge

Experience a fulfilling career with Interaction Recruitment in our Cambridge office. We are seeking a dedicated EPOS Operations Trainer to join our training team and play a vital role in delivering end-user training on our hospitality software suite.
About the RoleAs an EPOS Operations Trainer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering training sessions on our company software. You will work closely with our team to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive e-learning modules that complement in-person and remote training sessions. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless learning experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, design, and deliver training sessions on company software.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive e-learning modules to complement in-person and remote training sessions.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms to enhance learning experiences and accessibility for users.
- Continuously assess and improve e-learning content based on user feedback and technological advancements.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users through various training mediums.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience/understanding of the hospitality industry, preferably with a supervisory role.
- A general understanding of point-of-sale and booking systems.
- A full UK driving license with the ability to travel to sites around the UK.
- Approachable and able to build rapport with contacts at all levels of customer organisations.
- Confident in talking to small groups of people or on a one-to-one basis.
- Good basic understanding of MS Office, Internet, and email.
We offer a competitive salary, 25 days paid holiday, plus Bank Holidays, and a monthly car allowance. You will also receive paid business mileage and a company credit card for work expenses.
