Project Coordinator for the Cambridge Room

The Department of Architecture at the University of Cambridge is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of the Cambridge Room, a research project focused on inclusive community consultation in planning in the Cambridgeshire area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Cambridge Room space, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
  • Coordinate the efficient running of the project, including creating and maintaining documents, coordinating events, interns, and student volunteers
  • Support the Principal Investigator (PI) in ensuring the project's success
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including members of the public, students, and colleagues within institutions across Cambridgeshire
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pro-active approach to managing a diverse workload
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
