Marshall is seeking an experienced Trainer to join our team at Cambridge Airport. As a key member of our MRO Training team, you will be responsible for maintaining 'Type' currency on our C-130 fleets, including C-130J and C-130H, and delivering approved B1 Type Training.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deliver C-130 approved and unapproved B1 Type Training, ensuring innovative, engaging, and stimulating learning experiences for our students.
- Support the training manager in meeting UKCAA and NLD-MAA requirements for C-130 Type Approvals.
- Ensure all personnel under your supervision conduct tasks safely and correctly.
- Conduct other duties as directed by the Technical Training Manager or Head of Operations - Integrated Support MROSS.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in both Line and Base maintenance environments. You should have previously held company approvals on commercial aircraft or military equivalent and hold a Full UK Driving License.
Desirable qualifications include experience working within a C-130 environment, Training Delivery, Systems Approach to Training (SAT), Instructional Design, Lesson/Course delivery, and Microsoft Office Tools.
