About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer to join our team at Marshall Group. As a key member of our defence project team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-profile defence projects with significant value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver C-130 approved and unapproved B1 Type Training, ensuring innovative, engaging, and stimulating learning experiences for our students.
  • Support the training manager in meeting UKCAA and NLD-MAA requirements for C-130 Type Approvals, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Ensure all personnel under your supervision conduct tasks safely and correctly, adhering to Part 145 Maintenance activities guidelines.
  • Conduct other duties as directed by the Technical Training Manager or Head of Operations - Integrated Support MROSS.
About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in both line and base maintenance environments. You should have previously held company approvals on commercial aircraft or military equivalents and hold a Full UK Driving License.

Desirable Qualifications
  • Previous experience working within a C-130 environment.
  • Experience or qualification in Training Delivery.
  • Knowledge of Systems Approach to Training (SAT).
  • Previous experience of Instructional Design.
  • Previous experience of Lesson/Course delivery.
  • Experience of Microsoft Office Tools.
