Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Training Development Specialist on a fixed term contract basis to shape our global trainer management and development. As part of our future-focused team, you will contribute to making a lasting impact on over 600 trainers worldwide, ensuring high standards in recruitment, accreditation, development, and quality assurance.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Organise and lead selection events to recruit skilled trainers in the UK and globally (occasional international travel required: approximately two weeks per year).
  • Develop and coordinate our online induction course for trainers, and manage mentoring and co-facilitation programmes to support trainers in their initial and ongoing professional development.
  • Lead our trainer PD programme, managing subject networks, workshops, and upskilling courses to ensure trainers continuously enhance their skills.
Requirements and Qualifications

You hold a degree and a postgraduate qualification in teaching, with a demonstrable and significant level of experience teaching in primary, secondary, or further education. You bring a solid understanding of effective teaching practices, reflective professional development, and—ideally—experience in international education and project management.

About the Opportunity

This role offers a salary range of £33,300 - £43,400, plus benefits including:
