Curriculum Developer for Technical Training

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Curriculum Developer to join our team at Darktrace Ltd. As a key member of our Curriculum Development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for customers and partners within our Academy.
About the Role
This is a permanent position based out of our Cambridge or London Office, with expected attendance of 2 days a week. You will report to our Head of Curriculum Development and work closely with other training team members to produce high-quality on-demand training content for the Darktrace Academy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for customers and partners within Darktrace Academy
- Work with other training team members to produce high-quality on-demand training content
- Develop instruction materials such as training manuals, presentations, and quizzes
- Teach Darktrace courses both virtually and in-person for public and private deliveries
- Assist with foreign languages support and translations
- Identify and implement continuous improvement in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Requirements
- University degree in a technical subject such as engineering, computer science, physics, or mathematics
- Proficiency in one or more European languages
- Proven experience in training and/or curriculum development in a technical capacity
- Qualifications in teaching (desirable)
- Experience with industry-standard content development tools
