Aviation Training Specialist

About the Role:
Marshall is seeking an experienced Aviation Training Specialist to join our team in Cambridge Airport. As a Type Training Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining 'Type' currency on our C-130 fleets, including C-130J and C-130H, and delivering approved B1 Type Training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver C-130 approved and unapproved B1 Type Training and supporting our extensive range of MRO training requirements.
- Assess current learning outcomes and develop future training to ensure it is innovative, engaging, and stimulating for the learner.
- Support the training manager in meeting UKCAA and NLD-MAA requirements in relation to retaining C-130 Type Approvals.
- Ensure that all students working under your supervision carry out their tasks in a safe and correct manner.
Requirements:
- Experience working in both Line and Base maintenance environments.
- Previous experience working within a C-130 environment.
- Hold a Full UK Driving License.
