At zeroG - AI in Aviation, we're seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide expert technical assistance to our internal teams.

This critical role involves working closely with end-users to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues, ensuring seamless IT operations and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch IT support to all internal customers.
  • Collaborating with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Managing software licensing and asset tracking.
  • Assisting with IT projects and system upgrades.

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT professional with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in IT support roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Understanding of computer networking and Microsoft 365/Windows Server Active Directory Administration Tools.

Bonus points for:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with ITSM tools and ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in software packages like Autodesk Maya and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with Linux environments and software deployment.
