Helpdesk Administrator Role

Skanska, a leading project development and construction group, is looking for a skilled Helpdesk Administrator to join its Building Services team at Royal Papworth Hospital.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handling high call and email volumes, and accurately logging requests on the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the CAFM system to meet contractual obligations, including job card management and report production.
  • Assist subcontractors and suppliers on-site and remotely, including electronic correspondence.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with technical staff, supervisors, managers, and building users.
  • Collate and produce reports as required by the Helpdesk and Administration Manager.

Requirements:

  • Good basic knowledge of computers and software.
  • Ability to work in a busy and demanding office environment.
  • Previous customer experience, providing professional and supportive customer service.
  • Accurate data record-keeping.
