Job Title: Administrative Operations Manager

At LinkPoint Resources Limited, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join our team. As an Administrative Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our engineering firm.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in office management. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our busy engineering firm, including managing office equipment, coordinating repairs, and maintaining the office environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail, please submit your CV today.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, including handling incoming calls, emails, and mail.
  • Organize meetings, maintain office calendar, and book meeting rooms for stakeholders.
  • Welcome clients and guests, direct them to meeting rooms.
  • Prepare documents and presentations as required.
  • Manage office equipment, ensure adequate stock and order as required.
  • Maintain the office environment and coordinate repairs with suppliers.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in office management.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with good document management experience.
