Job Summary

This role will involve coordinating daily operations, managing finances, and supporting senior staff members.

Responsibilities
  • Handle all aspects of ordering, delivery, and product tracking processes.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and customer payments promptly and accurately.
  • Arrange travel bookings for clients and exhibition attendees.
  • Oversee the management of supplier invoices and internal systems.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced office environment, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in workload and deadlines.
