A School Operations Assistant is needed to provide administrative support to the Co-curricular Lead and Director of Operations at Ann Pettengell.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a focus on accuracy in data entry and strong IT skills. They will also need to be adaptable and able to work on multiple tasks, with a strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities include administering the school's communication system with parents, publishing the online calendar, and updating reference information pages. Additionally, the role involves supporting the Senior Management Team in administering policies and procedures, maintaining the Staff Handbook, and updating the version control log.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience, and flexible hours, including occasional Saturday mornings and evenings, for approximately 34 weeks per year.
