About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about education and motivated to inspire young learners? We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Cambridgeshire. As a key member of the teaching staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the teacher in delivering high-quality education to students.

Job Description:
As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include assisting the teacher in preparing lesson plans, supervising students during break times, and providing individual support to pupils who require additional help. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment, ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are available for lessons.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a passion for working with children and a commitment to delivering excellent educational outcomes. You should have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. A relevant qualification in education or childcare is also desirable.
