Teaching Assistant in Cambridgeshire Schools

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and learning principles, and will be able to create engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment, ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are available for lessons.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the teacher in preparing lesson plans and delivering high-quality education to students
* Provide individual support to pupils who require additional help
* Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
* Ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available for lessons
Requirements:
* Passionate about education and committed to delivering excellent educational outcomes
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Relevant qualification in education or childcare (desirable)
