**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a Business Operations Assistant to join our team at CV Library. As a Business Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Pre-Construction function of the business, providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the Pre-Construction team.
  2. Prepare and issue tender letters, compile packages for costing, and take meeting minutes.
  3. Annotate design documents, assist with report writing, and maintain accurate records.
  4. Compile information and assist with Pre-Qualification Questionnaires.
  5. Create and modify bid presentations, and update project case studies.
  6. Help organise corporate and team events.
  7. Manage and update the project database (KMS), generating reports as needed.
  8. Assist the department head with scheduling meetings.
  9. Track sickness and holiday reports.
Requirements:
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate workloads effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with office health and safety procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Project management database knowledge.
Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive team.
