Business Operations Assistant

**About the Role**
We are currently seeking a Business Operations Assistant to join our team at CV Library. As a Business Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Pre-Construction function of the business, providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Pre-Construction team.
- Prepare and issue tender letters, compile packages for costing, and take meeting minutes.
- Annotate design documents, assist with report writing, and maintain accurate records.
- Compile information and assist with Pre-Qualification Questionnaires.
- Create and modify bid presentations, and update project case studies.
- Help organise corporate and team events.
- Manage and update the project database (KMS), generating reports as needed.
- Assist the department head with scheduling meetings.
- Track sickness and holiday reports.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to plan and coordinate workloads effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with office health and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Project management database knowledge.
This role offers a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive team.
