Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars for assigned lawyers, scheduling calls and meetings.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of the Firm's billing systems and processes.
- Support fee-earners in preparing and issuing timely and accurate bills to clients.
- Liaise with Credit Control as required.
- Manage travel and expenses for assigned fee-earners.
- Ensure all documents are maintained and filed.
- Prepare, amend, and proofread documents in the Firm's house style.
- Assist fee-earners in keeping their LinkedIn profiles up-to-date.
- Organize business events and ensure business expenses are captured and approved.
- Support the fee-earning teams in using existing tools and technology.
- Contribute to requirements gathering for new technology and solutions.
- Facilitate testing and engage other team members in pilots for new technology.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role supporting a team in a similar professional services environment.
- Excellent IT skills across MS Office and business management applications.
- Ability to manage calendars for multiple individuals and apply judgement to ensure the best use of people's time.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver work to a consistently high standard of precision.
