Catering Operations Coordinator Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled Catering Operations Coordinator to join our team at BLW Recruitment LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating catering operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize catering operations, including event management and food preparation
- Coordinate with kitchen and front of house teams to ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety, adhering to HACCP procedures and risk assessments

Requirements:
- 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the food service industry
- NVQ Level 3 Food and Beverage Service qualification
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
