Project Coordinator for Financial Operations

The University of Cambridge is seeking an experienced administrator to support the PA to the Deputy Director of Finance, with a focus on providing administrative support to special projects within Financial Operations.

This role will involve providing an efficient and effective administrative and project planning function for various projects led by the Deputy Director of Finance. Tasks will include arranging meetings, collating agendas and papers, taking minutes, and tracking progress, as well as providing administrative support to Project Managers, sponsors, and project committees.

You will also provide executive support to the senior management team, including diary management and coordinating internal and external meetings. Additionally, you will provide PA support cover to the Deputy Director of Finance in their absence.

Additional duties will include coordinating events such as staff workshops and training sessions, including venue booking, catering, travel arrangements, and agenda and workshop materials.
