Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is a leading recruitment agency based in Cambridge. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Controller of Financial Operations to join our team.

This is a key role that requires someone with excellent financial management skills and experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the finance function and ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to work closely with the management team to ensure the business meets its strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing financial reporting and analysis requirements
  • Developing and implementing effective financial controls
  • Coordinating budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Monitoring financial performance and identifying areas for improvement

We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Apart from the salary, benefits include pension, death in service, private healthcare, 25 days holiday, enhanced family leave, and a bonus.
