Job Title: Project Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Financial Controller to oversee the financial aspects of our construction projects in Cambridge.

Salary Range:$90,000 - $110,000 per annum

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring construction budgets, reviewing project costs, and negotiating contracts with clients and suppliers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor project finances: Track expenses and ensure that project costs are controlled.
  • Negotiate contracts: Work closely with clients and suppliers to secure favorable pricing for our projects.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Substantial experience as a Project Financial Controller in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and cost estimation software.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
