Project Financial Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team at beBee Professionals in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that costs are controlled and budgets are met.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement cost estimation strategies to ensure accurate project budgets.
- Monitor and control project expenses, identifying areas for cost savings and optimization.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best possible pricing and terms.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with a strong track record of cost control and project management.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and project management tools.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
