Financial Controller Specialist

LHH Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to join their team in Cambridge. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of around £35,000 + bonus and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Credit Controller and fluent Italian language skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contacting overdue customer accounts to arrange payment and ensuring timely resolution of disputes.
  2. Reviewing credit status and providing recommendations for credit block, while maintaining high levels of service internally and externally.
  3. Posting and allocating cash receipts, distributing customer statements and dunning letters, and resolving account queries.
  4. Collaborating with the customer service and sales functions to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • A solid background in Accounts Receivable, with experience using SAP software.
  • Excellent relationship building skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent Italian language skills are essential for this role.
