The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing cost plans, valuations, and project budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Manage subcontractor packages, procuring services and negotiating contracts to achieve value for money.
  • Monitor and control project costs, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Process payment applications and subcontractor payments in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and opportunities, promoting effective communication and strong working relationships.

About You:

  • A few years of post-degree experience in Quantity Surveying or a related field is ideal. Applicants in their final year of university will also be considered.
  • You should possess strong IT, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a small team.
  • A full driving licence is essential for frequent travel to site locations.
  • You should be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
