Senior Financial Coordinator
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Coordinator to join our team at Encore Estate Management. As a key member of our Client Accounting department, you will play a vital role in managing the finances of a portfolio of estates.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced accounting professional to take on a challenging role that offers excellent opportunities for growth and development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with experience in supervising a team and managing multiple priorities. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks, including bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and client correspondence.
A successful candidate will be a natural leader, able to mentor and train team members to achieve their full potential. You will also be expected to provide guidance and support to colleagues across the business.
This role requires someone who is highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of client accountants and ensure the timely completion of tasks.
- Manage the finances of a portfolio of estates, including bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and client correspondence.
- Provide training and mentoring to team members to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- An annual salary of £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.
