About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Coordinator to join our team as a Budget Management Specialist. As a key member of our Finance Team, you will play a vital role in managing personal support budgets for individuals struggling with employment challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage individual personal support budgets, ensuring adherence to project parameters.
  • Collaborate with the Work Well Coaches to allocate budgets effectively.
  • Prepare monthly invoices to funders, tracking overall budget allocation.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent financial management skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Experience working in a similar capacity is highly desirable.
