Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As an integral part of our financial services department, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our independent financial advisers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a key role in our business. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our financial advisers in preparing recommendations and producing suitability reports in line with company policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting Financial Advisers: Provide administrative support to our financial advisers, including collecting and collating client information, discussing client objectives, and assisting in identifying planning areas and sourcing solutions.
  • Compliance Documentation: Ensure all required compliance documentation is present and correct, and obtain necessary information, quotes, and product details for analysis.
  • Report Writing: Prepare suitability letters and reports for approval by the financial adviser.
Requirements
  • Understanding of Financial Planning: Possess a solid understanding of the financial planning process and ability to work within defined business processes.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Prioritize and plan own workload, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional development.
