Financial Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting Financial Planners in research and analysis to meet client needs and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to Financial Planners, including data analysis and report preparation.
- Prepare and present financial planning reports, suitability reports/letters, and client financial plans to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Attend client meetings, presenting cash flow as required, and maintain performance standards.
- Diploma qualification in a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Financial Planning process and industry trends.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Broad knowledge of the Financial Services Industry and a high level of technical knowledge.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
