Job Title: Financial Services Coordinator

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled Financial Services Coordinator to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will be responsible for client servicing, new client onboarding, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

  • Client Servicing:
    • Conduct annual review meetings with clients to discuss their financial goals and progress.
    • Initiate reviews using our CRM system and send reminders to clients.
    • Prepare LOAs for clients' signatures and request necessary information.
    • Arrange meetings with clients and prepare meeting files to facilitate smooth discussions.
    • Review reports and prepare recommendations for paraplanners.
    • Maintain our platform and CRM systems for efficient operations.
  • New Clients:
    • Onboard new clients by scheduling initial meetings and sending follow-up summaries.
    • Issue and send LOAs with tracking to ensure timely completion.
    • Keep clients updated on progress and prepare recommendations for paraplanners.
  • Communications:
    • Send quarterly updates and ad-hoc communications to clients.
  • Mortgages:
    • Send monthly mortgage reviews to monitor client progress.
  • New Business:
    • Assist with sourcing new business opportunities if requested.
    • Collect payment details from clients for fees.
    • Upload new business to our CRM system.
    • Generate invoices and track payments.
    • Support submissions and prepare suitability reports.
    • Respond to introductory emails from solicitors and estate agents.
    • Gather regular updates from lenders and inform clients on application status.
    • Monitor rate changes and communicate with clients.
    • Contact solicitors for updates on remortgages and update the CRM system.
