Financial Controller

At Michael Page Finance, we are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead financial strategies and decisions in the energy & natural resources industry.

This key role will contribute greatly to the company's continued growth and success by developing and implementing asset financial strategies, conducting financial planning, reporting, and analysis, leading budgeting and forecasting exercises for asset management, and coordinating with other departments to ensure financial objectives align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement asset financial strategies
  • Conduct financial planning, reporting, and analysis
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting exercises for asset management
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial objectives align with company goals
  • Monitor and manage financial risks related to assets
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and investors
  • Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company

Requirements:
  • A degree in finance, economics, or a related field
  • Solid knowledge of asset management and financial strategies
  • Ideally experience in PE backed, Energy, Utilities businesses
  • Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities
