Job Title: Senior Construction Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Coordinator to join our team in Cambridge Research Park. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the project, ensuring that all works are completed to a high standard and within budget.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors and site labour to ensure smooth progress, monitoring and controlling costs to achieve project profitability, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the project team

Requirements:
• SSSTS/SMSTS certification
