Senior Site Coordinator Role in Cambridge

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Site Coordinator to oversee a major £6 million refurbishment and new build project in Cambridge. As part of our esteemed team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional outcomes while upholding the highest health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise on-site activities to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Engage with subcontractors to confirm understanding of project requirements.
  • Monitor utility consumption to maintain cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on project milestones, issues, and resolutions.
  • Verify that all on-site activities comply with company guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Perform routine site inspections to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of construction techniques and relevant certifications.
