About the Role

As a Site Manager Assistant at Workshop Recruitment, you will play a vital role in managing construction site operations. Your key objectives include assisting the Site Manager in coordinating activities, supporting the Sales Team, and ensuring the on-site team is well-resourced and directed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Trades and Labor: Work closely with the Site Manager to allocate resources and ensure timely project completion.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team: Participate in regular meetings, adhere to company procedures, and inspect show homes to maintain quality standards.
  • Support the Site Manager: Deputize as required, taking on additional responsibilities and tasks assigned by the Site Manager.
  • Resource the On-Site Construction Team: Provide clear guidelines, training, and support to help the team achieve their job responsibilities.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience in construction project management.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • NVQ level in Construction Management or Chartered Institute of Builders membership.
