Site Development Manager

As a Senior Site Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in the success of our construction projects. Your primary focus will be on assisting the Site Manager in achieving programme targets, ensuring that trades, labour, and materials are coordinated efficiently.
You will also support the Sales Team by attending regular Sales/Build meetings and ensuring all procedures are followed. Additionally, you will deputise for the Site Manager as required and take responsibility for specific duties and responsibilities.
We are looking for an individual with proven experience in a site management or coordination role. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate trades, labour, and materials to meet production targets.
- Attend Sales/Build meetings and ensure procedures are followed.
- Deputise for the Site Manager and take responsibility for specific duties and responsibilities.
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
What We Offer:
