Workshop Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Site Management Assistant to join their team. As an Assistant Site Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour, and materials to meet production targets.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure regular meetings are attended, all procedures are adhered to, and show home inspections are conducted.
  • Take on additional duties as required by the Site Manager, including deputising when necessary.
  • Ensure the Construction team is fully resourced and directed, with clear guidelines and support to achieve targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in line with company guidelines.

To succeed in this role, we require:

  • Experience working within established build programs.
  • Ambitious individuals who can drive delivery of targets through effective team management.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
  • A member of the Chartered Institute of Builders or qualified to NVQ level in Construction Management, or a time-served tradesperson with significant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction trade aspects and relevant legislative requirements.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience.
