As Assistant Construction Site Director, you will be accountable for the construction process from start to finish, working under the guidance of the Senior Site Manager.
- Oversee the entire construction process, ensuring it progresses smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain open communication with the Senior Site Manager regarding project status and any challenges encountered.
The ideal candidate must possess experience in traditional build housing and preferably high-volume experience. A background in trades or a construction-related degree is necessary.
This position offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, reflective of the skills and expertise required.
