Job Title: Senior Construction Site Manager

Job Summary:
Gap Construction seeks a seasoned Senior Construction Site Manager to oversee high-profile projects worth approximately £6 million. This role involves ensuring the delivery of sustainable, high-quality projects with a strong commitment to employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Manage and communicate with subcontractors to align work with project plans and quality standards.
• Regularly update the Project Manager and site managers on progress, concerns, and actions taken.
• Ensure accurate site records are maintained and work is executed safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Person Specification:
• Strong technical construction skills with relevant certifications.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Strong commitment to Health and Safety, Quality Assurance, and CDM regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
