Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our new residential project in Cambridge. This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day site operations, including supervising personnel and sub-contractors.
- Resolve day-to-day issues arising on site during the project duration.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing Manager on material and plant requisitioning.
- Liaise with the Senior Quantity Surveyor on cost issues and compile the Variation Log.
- Engineering degree or diploma, or related discipline, or trade qualifications (Carpentry), or a minimum 5 years of site management experience.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale high-density residential, commercial, or refurbishment projects.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to handle financial planning elements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written/oral communication skills.
Cambridge, Full-time permanent position, Competitive salary £60,000 - £80,000 per annum. Bennett (Construction) Ltd is an equal opportunities employer.
