We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing project costs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to take their career to the next level with a leading brand in engineering and construction. With established experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in a Senior QS role, you will bring strong knowledge of construction methods and materials to the table.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project costs, including tendering, contracting, and cost control
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Chartered status with a professional body such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is desirable.

The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
