We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a prestigious refurbishment and new build project worth approximately £6 million, located just outside Cambridge.

**Job Description:**

  • Ensure all health, safety, and environmental procedures are consistently maintained on-site.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Manage subcontractors, communicating daily to ensure work aligns with project plans and quality standards.

**Person Specification:**

  • A keen eye for detail with the ability to anticipate and minimise disruptions to the project.
  • Strong technical construction skills with relevant training certifications.
  • Highly self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude to drive project success.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, reporting to the Project Manager and managing junior staff.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to **£60,000** per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
