Site Management Lead

Bidwells is a leading property consultancy that delivers expert advice to clients across various sectors.
We are seeking an experienced Site Management Lead to join our Investment & Property Management team based at Granta Park, Cambridgeshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple sites and buildings, including supervising contractors, monitoring performance, and overseeing re-tendering processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing multi-let sites and buildings, including line management of on-site staff.
- Preparing and reconciling service charge budgets in accordance with RICS guidelines.
- Supervising contractors, monitoring performance, and overseeing re-tendering processes.
- Conducting regular property inspections and addressing findings as necessary.
- Ensuring statutory compliance in health and safety matters, including risk management and monitoring.
- Assisting with financial management, including expenditure control and invoice verification.
- Maintaining and updating property management databases and records.
- Providing additional support during the Estate & Events Manager's absence.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Facilities or Property Management within a multi-site/high-profile environment.
- Proficiency in service charge budgeting and accounting.
- Proven track record of managing contractors, suppliers, and on-site staff.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety compliance and risk management.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and property management software (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
