About the Position

We are looking for a Residential Site Lead to join our team at Bennett (Construction) Ltd in Cambridge. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day site supervision, ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to manage material and plant requisitioning.
  • Work closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor to monitor cost variations.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Engineering degree or relevant qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of site management experience, preferably in residential construction.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects, meeting deadlines and budgets.
Location and Salary
