We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our residential elderly person care home in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.

Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and compassionate individual to join Compass Associates and lead our residential elderly person care home. The role involves promoting resident independence, choice, dignity, and respect by upholding the highest standards of care.

  • NVQ 5 (or higher) in care or other relevant qualification required
  • Strong knowledge of the elderly residential care sector and regulatory framework
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
