Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team in Cambridge. As a Mechanical Contractor, you will oversee projects worth £500K to £8M in the residential market, including new-build and refurbishment projects.

About You

You will be a seasoned project manager with 2 years' experience, holding SMSTS or SSSTS certification, CSCS accreditation, and proficient in Microsoft Office software. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively manage sub-contractors, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Main Duties

  • Lead projects from £500K to £8M.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans.
  • Collaborate with sub-contractors to meet project requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders and site teams.
  • Assist with financial aspects, including valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Evaluate sub-contractor instructions and ensure site health and safety standards.
