About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Discovery Project Lead with a strong background in immunology, autoimmune diseases, and drug discovery. The ideal candidate will have experience leading early discovery projects and contributing to Immunology activities across multiple autoimmune-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to and lead Immunology activities across multiple autoimmune-based projects in the early discovery phase.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and CROs to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Develop and execute strategies to assess target engagement, in vitro pharmacology, in vivo PK/PD assessment, and biomarker plans.
  • Utilize expertise in cellular and molecular biology techniques to identify assays, troubleshoot/optimize experiments, and interpret data.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive project progress and decision-making.
