About the Role

As a Research Project Leader, you will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating results to senior leadership. You will work closely with subject matter experts to develop plans, establish inflection points, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Your expertise in project leadership, strategic planning, and team leadership will be essential in delivering clinical candidates and meeting business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drug discovery, with experience in leading projects in oncology.

You will also be an influential leader who can effectively collaborate with stakeholders, communicate complex ideas clearly, and drive results-driven decision-making.

About the Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is £150,000 - £220,000, depending on experience.

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:
