About the Role

Bicycle Therapeutics is seeking a highly experienced DMPK professional to lead our efforts in therapeutic innovation as a Director of Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics. This senior-level position requires expertise in DMPK and a deep understanding of the industry.

About You
  • PhD in a relevant scientific discipline such as drug metabolism, pharmacology, or pharmaceutical sciences.
  • At least 10 years of experience in DMPK drug discovery and/or development projects with a strong track record of problem-solving and successful delivery across drug discovery.
  • Proven ability to adapt your working style to suit different cultures and partner expectations in both remote and office-based environments.
Responsibilities
  • Leading the DMPK function to ensure seamless integration with other core disciplines within a project team.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize DMPK properties and ensure compound progression.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize research projects and provide guidance on DMPK-related matters.
