Job Description:

We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Team Lead to join our DMPK team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will have a strong background in DMPK and experience in leading research projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee internal expertise and manage outsourcing activity.
  • Ensure high-quality data integrity within the DMPK group.
  • Present compelling data interpretation to guide research strategy and direction.
  • Lead and manage drug discovery projects as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • PhD or equivalent in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Drug Metabolism or Pharmacokinetics.
  • Proven expertise in DMPK for drug discovery.
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering PK, PKPD, and TKPD expertise to projects.
  • Highly skilled in use of MATLAB, SimCYP, WinNonLin/Phoenix NLME.
  • A wide and varied personal network, accustomed to presenting and publishing work in leading journals.

Salary and Benefits:
